The Salon des Indépendants, one of the founding institutions established in 1884, remains the centerpiece of this exhibition. For over a century, this artistic sanctuary—symbolizing free spirit and innovative ideas—has witnessed and propelled the evolution of numerous art movements, creating pivotal chapters in art history. To this day, it maintains an open, independent, and inclusive stance, providing a vast platform and intellectual space for global artistic creation. Yue Songtao's paintings are among the exhibits on display.
本届展览由法国文化部、法国国家博物馆及巴黎大皇宫联合主办，在法国总统埃马纽埃尔·马克龙与文化部长拉希达·达蒂的支持与邀请下，来自全球40多个国家的艺术家齐聚巴黎，共同开启这一年度国际艺术盛典的华丽序章。
This exhibition is co-hosted by the French Ministry of Culture, the National Museum of France, and the Grand Palais in Paris. With the support and invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron and Culture Minister Rachida Dati, artists from over 40 countries gathered in Paris to kick off this annual international art extravaganza with a spectacular opening ceremony.

Yue Songtao, female painter, resides in Beijing, with the courtesy name Fengming and the pseudonym Jinshi Xiaowu. She is the 32nd-generation descendant of Yue Fei and the fourth-generation inheritor of Li Keran's landscape painting. She serves as Vice Chairman of the Working Committee of the China Cultural Promotion Association, founder of the Beijing Golden Leaves Songtao Cultural and Art Center, and International Cultural Exchange Ambassador. She is also the "Belt and Road" Cultural Exchange Ambassador. In 2025, she was awarded the title of Public Diplomacy Person of the Year at the Artist Representative ceremony. She is a contemporary ink and color painter with new heavy colors, a contracted artist at the Beijing Huipinxuan Art Museum, and a senior art researcher at the China Oriental Research Society. She is also a senior art consultant for the China Cultural Information Industry Professional Committee. In 2024, her works "Listening to the Spring Below the Mountain" and "Red Cliffs" were exhibited at the Seine Castle Art Museum in France, marking the 60th anniversary of Sino-French diplomatic relations. Her painting "A Thousand-Foot Mountains and Rivers" was collected by former Croatian President Ivo Josipović. Her work "Six Steeds of Zhaoling: The Blue Steed" was exhibited at the 35th National Exhibition of Famous Calligraphers and Painters and was collected by the Malaysian Consul. Her painting "Five Phoenix Tower" was exhibited at the 50th anniversary of Sino-Malaysian diplomatic relations: "Connecting Mountains and Rivers: China—Malaysia International Art Exhibition." Her works "Tang Locust" and "Cherry Blossoms" were exhibited at the "Famous Artists Gather, Building Peace Together" art exchange exhibition in Osaka, China. Her painting "Dreamy Green and Blue" (Part 1) was exhibited at the "Beauty of Uselessness" illusion painting international contemporary art exhibition. Her work "Quiet Pine in Green Mountains" was exhibited at the art exchange exhibition of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia. Her painting "Red River" was exhibited at the Russian diplomatic New Year calligraphy and painting exchange exhibition. In 2025, her work "Auspicious Clouds and Red Pine" [Rose] was exhibited at the Louvre Spring Contemporary International Art Fair in Paris, France. Her work "ART SHOPPING" was exhibited at the Carrousel Hall of the Louvre in Paris.
"The Golden Mountain Painting" [Rose] was exhibited during the China-Italy Cultural Exchange Year "Meet China". "The Red Dragon" was collected by the Italian government. "A Thousand Miles of Mountains and Rivers" was exhibited in New York, USA, and was collected by former Croatian President Ivo Josipović. "The Six Steeds of Zhaoling" participated in the 35th National Exhibition of Famous Calligraphers and Painters. "The Six Steeds of Zhaoling: The Blue Steed" was collected by former Malaysian Ambassador and Counselor Li Yucai. "The War Horse Treading on the Deep" and "Cloudy Mountains" were exhibited in the fifth season of "Summer of Oriental Art". "The Cloudy Mountain Painting" participated in the Rong Bao Zhai "Full Moon and Longevity" National Silver Age Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition and won the gold medal. In 2026, "The White Steed in Reflection" was exhibited at the 2026 ART CAPITAL International Art Salon in Paris, France.
